Hampton Roads has a special climate and is called a transition zone. We grow plants that like cold weather and also those that like warm weather. Many of our plants may be found thriving in more northern states; others are equally happy in more southern climates. With such a bewildering selection of sizes, shapes, and colors, we know how to work with you to determine just the right plants for your yard.

In addition, Wes Bray was recognized as “Hampton Roads Nursery and Landscape Association 2005 Horticulturist of the Year”.

At Lawns and Gardens Plus, we are dedicated to fostering good communication with our current and potential customers. Along with Kaleidoscope, our biannual newsletter, we have developed this website to keep you in the know.

Lawns and Gardens Plus is a Virginia Certified Pesticide Applicator, a Class A Contractor, and all employees are certified by the state to apply fertilizer.
